Summary of house rules and common courtesies for Tenants and Visitors 1. Smoking- Smoking of any kind is not allowed in Alii Villas individual units, lanais or driveways. Tobacco/e-cigarette smoking ONLY is allowed at the bench near the entrance by Alii Drive. And absolutely NO Marijuana smoking in any form is allowed anywhere on our property! Immediate fines will be imposed on the owner. 2. Register- Please register at the manager’s office when you arrive on property. Registration forms are available next to the office door. Place the registration card in the box. 3. Keys- If you lock yourself out of your condo, please contact your rental manager, not the Alii Villas manager. 4. Lanais- No telephone use on the lanais. Your conversations are not private. Do not hang anything over the railings of the lanais like towels, dive gear, etc. 5. Quiet hours- Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. This includes dumping trash in the trash rooms. Do not talk on phones on your lanai or in the common areas or have speaker phone conversations inside when windows are open during quiet hours. Pool and BBQ areas are closed at 9pm. 6. Doors-windows Please avoid slamming doors at any time of day. Please move televisions/stereos away from open windows and keep them at a reasonable volume. 7. Parking- SPEEDING THROUGH OUR COMPLEX WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! 5 MPH Each unit has one assigned parking stall. Overflow parking is located across Alii drive between the signs on a first come/first serve basis and is not guaranteed. No overnight parking in the Alii Villas Visitors stalls. No parking in any visitor stall more than 8 hours in a day per vehicle. No exceptions. Speed limit is 5 mph! NO SPEEDING. 8. Pool- ONLY 2 GUESTS ARE ALLOWED PER UNIT WITH REGISTERED GUESTS. *Please see the posted rules at the pool. Glass, alcohol, food, and PETS of any kind are not allowed in the pool area. Please rinse off before using the pool. Children who are not potty trained need to wear swim diapers in the pool. NO LOUD VOICES PLEASE. Mahalo for YOUR kokua!
